Tony did an outstanding job removing an excessive ice buildup that covered private streets in front of our property located in Castle Rodk. We live in an HOA community that has a snow removal company that was not doing a good job in front of our units by igmoring and allowing an unsafe situation to perpetuate. They would put snow piles in the street at the top of a hill that would melt and the water would flow to down to our units and refreeze night after night thereby creating a significant ice buildup. The Association ignore our requests to correct the problem. We called Tony to see if he could help us and he did. Tony is very professional, conscientious, fair. thorough and has compassion for the homeowner. He evaluated the problem, offered a number of alternatives for us to consider and corrected the problem to our complete satisfacdtion. We would highly recommend Tony and his Company to anyone who is experiencing snow removal or ice buildup areas that are creating an unsave situations.
